Hi Alysha, I was told by my nurse that you can leave the bra off for several hours in the day, the most important thing is that you sleep in it! You could go to chemist and see if they have any cream that’ll speed up the healing! Xx

I was told no food and no dairy so you can have black coffee, black tea and water thats all 2 hours before your admission 🙂 xx

Hi Nikki, I had my Op on Sunday and got my strapping off yesterday and my nurse measured me at a 36DD which I was not expecting as I was wearing a 32b before! Jen, I had mine Sunday too and I have the exact same feeling! Although my swelling seems to have gone down slightly since yesterday. It might be a good idea to ask for a check over like I had this morning, it’s just reassuring to know all is okay. It’s just deep bruising for me Hun xx

Me too! ☺️ Awww glad you’re comfy in bed, so am I haha! Make sure you keep mobile though, just having a 5 minute walk every hour or so, it stops the muscles being so tense! I didn’t feel like doing it at all but you need to! ☺️ Hope the meds start and work for you! Xxxx
