It basically makes the area bleed again so that it can re heal and not scar. I know some people have had amazing results from it but hasn’t really improved mine x

I always thought my nipples were a bit too high it never really clicked that they could have bottomed out until about a year after. It’s been a big thing for me to actually admit to myself that they’re not right as it’s such a big process to go through again but hopefully they will get sorted xx
