My left side is still so painful. I’ve been back at work a week and my right one feels fine but the pain in my left one feels like contains stinging pain.
Is this normal? It’s almost from the nipple outwards if the makes sense. Just getting worried as thought It would be improving by now 🙁

I’m only on day 4 and have the same. Left side is much more tender and painful and tight. Other side fine. I spoke to my nurse and also did loads of research online that assured me it’s all normal.
