Why did you want the procedure?

I have always been in the same size bra since I first started wearing them (32a) and always felt like a little boy instead of a woman. Iv wanted BA since I was 18 (now 24) but was to scared to go through with it!
Why did you choose MYA?

When I was 18 I went for a consultation at another clinic and it put me off surgery for 5 years. I always regretted it so started researching again and found MYA. Loved my consultation and knew straight away MYA was the right choice.
How was your consultation?

My first consultation went amazing! I was in there for over an hour, my PC was so informative and answered all of my questions and more. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell it to me she was really genuine and put me at ease
How was the day of your procedure?

I was admitted at 9am at the London Fitzroy clinic. I was taken straight to my room and a lovely nurse did my admission, the very friend anesthetist came it and put me at was then Dr Frati came to draw on me. At 10am I went into surgery! Woke up very sleepy with a nurse by my side. All the staff were so comforting and couldn’t do enough for me.
How was your recovery?

I feel my recovery has been a bit slow compared to others. The first 4 days I couldn’t do anything at all without help. Was suppose to go back to my office job at pod10 but wasn’t able to. POD11 my left breast become bigger and firmer so my nurse booked me in on POD12 to check it over and I had developed Seroma, Dr Frati was in and able to drain it there and then. So 1 more week with strapping on to help prevent it again.
Are you happy with your results?

Im writing this on pod10 and am so happy with my result so far, I have a long way to go yet but they will only get better!
