@khutchinson Heyy I think today has been the best so far out of the 3 days. The first 2 days were the worst for me I was so uncomfortable felt like ripping them out of me. i could hardly move for myself but then my mum gave me a bath and i felt so much better and also put my Macom bra on over the top of my strapping which I think took the pressure off my sides.
