As implants will just be a bigger version of your current breasts, they can still keep that cone shape even with implants so an uplift is needed. Hope this helps! 🙂

She advised me to have 275cc/300cc moderate plus, overs and a nipple lift/mastopexy to help as I have a slight form of tuberous breasts.
Has anyone had this done? And with what surgeon? Any information and before and after photos will be very much appreciated! 🙂
