I used to put cotton pads underneath my bra where the incisions are it used to help with the pain abit and take the pressure off your incisions – it’ was really uncomfortable sometimes. it should be ok by the end of week 2 xx

Type dr Mounir in the search section – the wonky thing was probably me but that is due to my rib cage not his work plus your boobs tend to drop heal differently at first xx

Some progress pics for anyone interested surgery by Mr Mounir. Had 275cc over muscle on 10th April…think I will measure around a C – two weeks left of wearing Macom bra (woo!) I was looking for a small increase in size so I’m really happy with my outcome so far although from some angles they look wonky lol xx

They take a blood sample only if they need to, I had blood taken because of my mums medical history just in case, I guess they will only look at your history to get a brief outlook of any medical risks that could put you danger. I wouldn’t worry about it 🙂 xx

You need x2 v pillows they are two for £15 at Argos I would also invest in a coccyx Pillow (amazon) for your arse lol it’s a pillow with a gap to take the pressure off your bottom but I just bout a memory form neck cushion from b and m £5 cos didn’t want to any longer! Xx

I drive after 4 days I wasn’t really ready to and had to take it extremely steady and like Danielle feed the wheel…I’m 8 days post op and driving fine, still being really careful though!! I had overs so don’t know what it’s like for people who have unders xx

I’ve been told i should sleep upright for two weeks, then you should lay flat for few weeks after that. NO everyone wears a breast band, i haven’t. I wear a Macom bra. I am the same..I have been doing bits and bobs but I’ve hurt my self reaching to close a velux window now where my incision was made is very sore, I’ve had to cushion it with cotton pads… how do you know when you have developed a haemtoma? It’s very sore!! I have carried wet washing and felt my chest pulling too xx

From reading other people’s progress some people are not able to lift their children up for at least a week – I have kids but much older. My 6 year daughter asked daddy when could she give me a cuddle, made me feel quite sad 🙁 xx

I have had 275cc I had fed my children so my boobs had been stretched to a DD, I’m not sure if I would put myself through this again! It was still very tight and uncomfortable, I must admit 5 days after I’m feeling loads better!! xx

So much more comfortable, I bought the white high impact sports bra today, I love it although I’m not sure if I should have bought a bigger size! I worn it all day and it gave a lot of support I’ve put my Macom back on for bed though..definitely worth £25 xx

Get a shower in the morning I did but I didn’t use shower gel and washed my hair the night before. you won’t be able to either for at least a week, I’m 4 day post op and I feel like a scuff even though I have been getting a wash and dry shampooing my hair – it’s just not same lol!!

He decided that unders didn’t fit right something to do with my muscle, when he came to explain I had only just come round from the GA so I didn’t really go into depth about why he changed the plan. I saw initially about 6 weeks before surgery xx

Yes my boobs get tender in the run up and during my period. They were slightly tender before surgery, I wouldn’t worry they are going to tender and swollen either way anyway xx
