I was a saggy 32dd before my uplift and implants in May this year. I went for 300 hp overs I now measure a 32E 6 month post op. They don’t feel heavy, I’m 5ft4 and 9.5stone and a size 10 and they suit my frame. Once you see your surgeon he will advise you but you then try implants on xx
