I had tubular breasts without an uplift, but I did have my crease lowered and an areola reduction. I’ve added you so you can have a look at my pictures.

Not sure but from what I’ve seen on here, just implants isn’t good as they’ll still be tubular, you’ll need a little bit of extra work done probably.
