I’m 4 weeks post op and I’ve been sleeping on my back but with my legs and head to the side if that makes sense, it’s not quite the same as sleeping on your side but it’s the next best thing! xx

Don’t worry it looks like the bottom of your cleavage will definitely get rounder, they’re always really high up and tight for the first few weeks and they’ll come closer together as they settle in xx

@sarahjenkss yeah that will probably be the best thing to do. What size are you going? I got 375 and I bought a 34DD sports bra from m&s but 34D probably would’ve fit too xx

@sarahjenkss I’m a 32 and I bought a 32 macom and a 34 m&s bra, the macom was too tight for the first 5 days so I just wore my m&s, it’s not worth spending £35 on a bra that’ll be too big once the swelling goes down xx

@alicefff make sure you get ice packs for your boobs and a hot water bottle for your back, as sleeping upright really hurts your back sometimes. And dry shampoo, roll on deoderant, spare change of underwear for the hospital and that’s all I can think of right now haha. Good luck! xx

@ellie2015 the reception should be able to tell you if he’s ordered you any other sizes because it’ll be written in your file. But I think you would know about it if they had ordered other sizes? I don’t know why my PC let me order bigger sizes but fingers crossed they let you do the same xx

Hi Abi, my op is on Sunday 🙂 I’ve been using bio oil too but I’ve been told to take arnicare after my operation as it is linked with excessive bleeding during surgery, but there are loads of girls who have used it and have been fine but maybe take it after your surgery just as a precaution xxx

Hi hun my nurse told me to go up a back size and up a cup size of what youre expecting to be. I’m a 32B and having 375 partials so I got a 34DD because Dr Frati told me I’d achieve a D, depends what cc you’re having really x

I think it takes longer than 2 weeks for a capsule to form around your implant so try not to worry for now and see what they say at your 6 week check xx

@lucymercer yeah you’ve got plenty of time in between your pre op and actual operation to get a sports bra so maybe wait and see what your nurse says, they usually recommend going up a back size and up your predicted cup size, but implants always measure bigger than they look anyway. I’m a 32B going for a D so my nurse told me to get a 34DD xx

@lauren1991 I also train with my boyfriend and go quite heavy on the squat rack, I think I’ll just have to avoid the squat rack alltogether and go for bodyweight squats 🙁 because it’ll still put a strain across your chest when you’re squatting with a heavy bar x

Hi Girls 🙂 I’m having my op on 17th January at Fitzroy and I’m wondering if I should stop training my chest at the gym? I’m having partials and I don’t want it to affect my healing time by working my chest muscles too much before my surgery? Does anyone know anything about this? xx
