I’m in no pain atall and can put on any top. (Obviously the pain is different for everyone) I spent the first week in button up pj tops. My sports bras and breast band are much harder to hide than I expected though, you can see them in everything except a high neck t-shirt! I hope this helps! 🙂 xx
