@mckay MYA sounds terrible after I’ve been reading your post. I’ve paid my deposit but am seriously thinking of cancelling the surgery anyway and going elsewhere….. I have emailed my PC to state this issue and just waiting for a reply. If I do end up going ahead with MYA and I have ANY implacations, I will be taking it further. We pay alot of money to get this done, and I do not like getting ripped off…. Stand up to it and seek advice from Citizens advice bureau or the ombudsman. If they do not sort it within the next week, I’d go and seek help elsewhere. Hope you get it sorted hun xx
