I will be doing no dancing! Can anybody recommend a good support bra i could maybe wear for a few hours?

My back is killing. I had a pillow in front of me for support and also one behind. It was uncomfortable but only for a couple of minutes. I stayed on it for at least an hour then tried the other side! Gave my back a couple of hours break!!
