Hi,

I am 42 and have been thinking of a boob job for a little while. I have this fear of anaesthetic and being put under and I’m trying to research it as much as possible. I would love to have boobs I can be proud of as at the moment they are not a nice shape and I always feel so self conscious in the bedroom with my partner. I’m not even that scared of the pain afterwards just being put to sleep.
