I’m 6 weeks post op and itching to get to the gym, but I’m worried about what bra I should wear … Have any of you got any recomendations on where to get good sports bras for post surgery?

Hi @ lauralou92, i’m having surgery with Ms Lutz in just over a week.. I keep changing my mind with sizes and now I’m struggling to decide between 225 or 250cc high profile.. Any advice as I know you were in a similar situation? hope you don’t mind the add 🙂

@annaeast2, your recovery pics look great!! I have my op in July and I am undecided between 225 or 250cc high profile. Do you think there is much difference in size? I really want to fill a 32DD. How are yours in size if you don’t mind me asking?

Hi Laura, I’m booked in for surgery with Ms Lutz in July. I’m a 32a at the moment and going for a 250cc high profile with the hope that’ll get me to a 32c/dd – I’m 5’11 and slim so I’m only looking for a natural umf and nothing too out there. I met with the surgeon today – Ms Lutz in Bristol, and she has suggested that I go for a 225cc high profile, which I think are perfect for my height and weight. Does anyone have any pictures for me to see before and after so I can get a better idea of what they’ll look like please? Thanks x
