I had my duty with Giannas 14th December 2017, can’t believe it’s befn just over a year! I had uplift and under 275cc and thought I’d share his handy work to give you girls faith in a fantastic surgeon.

Hi Emma. Behind the muscle is for people who are usually lacking in breast tissue or very lean and slender women. Over the muscle is the most common procedure. This is for women who already have a substantial amount of breast tissue. Hope this helps xx

Ah there you are! Was wandering how you got on! Hope you’re feeling ok? Bet it’s not as bad as you expected? To get the pictures to work download pic collage it makes the picture take up less space but comes out normal looking forward to seeing your before and after pics! It’s a sense of satisfaction watching them change week after week xx

Hi ladies this is a good question as I too have been a front sleeper my whole life and my back hurts from not being able to adjust to any position to get comfortable. 4 weeks post op on Thursday I’ll see the nurse tomorrow so I wonder when I can side sleep! Feels like forever since I had my op. I can’t wait to be able to sleep on my side at least xx

Hi Jessica I had my op on 14th December and I had a room to myself and the staff were amazing! They set in the paperwork you have to vacate your room by 10am but they were in no hurry to usher me out. You will be treated with respect and looked after well. You’re in good hands with Mya Fitzroy xx

Hi Lisa my worst day in all fairness was the 2nd day I was mostly in discomfort than actual pain. V pillow will be your best friend for two weeks. I swapped to ibuprofen after a week to help reduce the swelling which has helped no end. The itching drove me nuts but it will get less. Ice packs are great if you want them but I didn’t bother. I have only just taken my breast band off after 3 weeks. I used to take it off for a maximum of 5 minutes per day just for a relief from all the pressure from that band and my surgical bra. But I never went without it on 24/7. I’m now free of it and it feels good! It’s worth sticking to the book if you want perfect boobs xx

I did read on a surgeon forum that your body goes into shock after surgery and side effects can be increased oils secretions from glands causing greasy skin or hair it can also go the opposite way. It’s just your body’s response to the surgery. It’s also temporary so that’s a blessing xx

Heya I was worrying about having stitches out too. I had healed really fast and healed over some stitches and was painful to have them removed. I still have dressings on as all my scabs got ripped off and I bled with the stitches removal. I think if your without the dressings and you have weeping might want to use an antiseptic wipe to help. I’m glad I’m reading this I am experiencing the same. My hair is usually quite dry and I used to wash it every 2 day’s now I feel I need to wash it everyday. I had my op 2.5 weeks ago and hate the greasy hair and skin. Not sure why. Xx

Hey! I have read it’s nothing to worry about spotting and some discharge. If you’re starting to saturate your dressings then you will probably need to talk to your nurse. I’ve been trying all sorts and as soon as I eat the bloat comes bouncing back. I find diet tonic water helps after eating too. Still feel like a fatty! My abs have completely disappeared! Sad times! X

Oh they look great!! I was an empty c lots of loose skin and no elasticity hence under the muscle also because I weight lift my pecs are really hard and no tissue in the upper breast. I guess I’ll be a dd too! Once I’ve had the stitches out I’ll get measured. Talking of stitches how did you find it when having them out? Any discomfort? Xx
