Hi. I am 8 month post op now since having 410 overs. Since the op my left breast and nipple have regained most of its sensation, however my left breast and nipple are still pretty numb and have very little sensation at all. Can anyone relate to my situation and give me any advice? how long did it take to regain sensitivity if any?

I drove a week after my op, i’ve also got an automatic and like yourself thought it would be easier, however i found the steering uncomfortable, especially when i was parking or reversing. x

Hia, i had 410 overs 5 weeks ago, i’m about 9st 7lb and was a 34B, got measured at the weekend and was told i’m a 32E-F. Good Luck. xx

HI Megan, I had my BA with Mr Traynor on 18th Feb. Like Madeline said he is straight to the point but very informative. I had 410 overs and hope to end up a D/DD from a B cup. The process from start to finish has been very positive. Good luck ladies. xx

Hi Amelia, it’s not a silly question – better to be prepared. No they don’t supply sports bra’s, you have to buy them yourself. I bought a Royce and macom (both post surgery bra’s) personally I found the macom much more comfortable. Xx

Hi Linda, I’m 9 days post op and still feel very swollen, my right boob feels more tender than the left at the moment and both are very tender around the bottom near incisions. Hope you start to feel better soon. X

Hi Ashley, i had 410 overs 9 days ago and like yourself my boobs don’t look so big in my macom bra, however they look huge naked!! The macom bra is great for post surgery support but certainly doesn’t give me a flattering look!! My boobs have softened a lot but have quite along way to go yet. x

Hi Emma, I had my BA last Tuesday, since then my right boob has felt much bigger and tighter and has very little feeling – pretty much numb all over, however the other boob hasn’t lost any sensitivity at all. Very strange, hope the numbness goes soon!! X

Hi, i had my BA last Tuesday in Preston which is about 2 hours from my home. I was told during consolation that i couldn’t fly for 4 weeks and advised against public transport due to the risk of being knocked into. I stayed at a nearby hotel the night after the operation then travelled home the next day by car and was fine. Good luck! xx

If your unsure speak to your co-ordinator or surgeon again, after all it is a big decision and you need to make the right one for you. Did you try the implants on during your consultation? x

Your pics look fab!! I had my BA last Tuesday with Mr Traynor. Woke up feeling huge and tight however been in very little pain just uncomfortable sometimes. I agree Ellie… the most painful part in the needle in your hand. x

Hi, Hope you don’t mind me adding you. I’m also a week post op and had my follow up with the nurse today. One side has healed better than the other as the stitch has been sat on the wound.Still really happy though, like yourself i’ve had little pain. definitely worth it. xx

Hi, i had my BA a week ago with Mr Traynor and have similar stats to you – 5’7 9st 7lb. Mr Traynor recommended up to 460 but did suggest they might be too big, i decided to have the 410 CUI overs (460 felt huge on me) I started of a 36B and should end up 36D/DD, i must admit they look huge at the moment. Hi, I took the co-codamol for the first 2 days and they made me feel very light headed and drunk, since then i’ve taken paracetamol and ibuprofen and feel lots better. I’m a week post op tomorrow and have very little pain. Hope you feel better soon. xx
