I’m 33, 4ft 11 and around 10 stone, my weight fluctuates quite a bit but I’m more comfortable at 10stone, plus I’m really active enjoy running and the gym. My BMI would probably tell me I’m overweight too, but I’d like to think as long as your in genuinely good health it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m hoping that it isn’t.
