I know everyone says to sleep upright. Silly question… but do you sleep upright in the bed or on a sofa etc.? Do a couple of pillows creating a small tilt classify as upright? I have a v pillow but should I get a neck pillow or pillow wedge? Any hints and tips greatly appreciated!
