I had my op with mr Mahdi, he’s amazing!! I had 350cc smooth round partially under the muscle and they’re gorgeous, he’s really helpful and recommends the best size and shape for your frame x

I felt like this too and started to put the last 2 claps on my Macom bra on the looser clasp and kept the rest on the tighter one, found I could breathe a lot better and once every thing settles you’ll find you can breathe more! It’s just because you can’t really stretch or move as freely yet x

I’m 6 weeks post op and my left boob has been numb since the start, the numbness in my nipple comes and goes but underneath is still numb too! Also I use bio oil on my scars x

The swelling has gone down on mine now I’m 3 weeks post op today! And yeah I’ve watched a video they’re not gentle at all, I can understand why I’ve got the pain but didn’t think it’d last this long as there’s no bruising around my ribs, it gets easier each day x

Hiya, I’m 19 days post op today and I’m still struggling to breathe properly I get breathless quick and feel like I’m not breathing to the full capacity I should be! I’ve got really really sore ribs, they’re so painful I can’t even touch them and hurts when I try to stretch move or breathe anyone else like this? When does it stop? X

I’ve got an appointment with the nurse tomorrow she’s going to change them for me! The blood has dried on my stitches an pulls them when I move so it’s painful x

Hiya, I had my op on Friday 21st feb, and my stitches are starting to get painful and sting, I have a bit of blood on the plasters and was wondering can I change them myself before my post op appointment?

I had the exact same offer from my surgeon, he offered 300cc 325cc or 350cc hp partially under, I went for the 350cc and had it done yesterday! I would recommend the biggest because its not as big as your expecting, plus once the swelling reduces they seem smaller anyway! good luck xxx
