I think it depends on your individual pain threshold..I would just do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It is! Though I will admit I was bricking it when they took me through for surgery :p that’s good Emma, I was expecting to be in agony, but hopefully I’ll be the same as you 🙂 my friend went with me and she was asleep before me last night lol xxx

Woo finally had my ba yesterday, can’t believe the lack of pain! Other than them feeling heavy and swollen (kinda like when on period) no pain. The staff at Preston are lovely and I’m thrilled with my new boobies 🙂

That’s the only bit I’m dreading.. normally I sleep on my front can get comfyish on my side but lying on my back just feels awkward 🙁 Bought myself one of them giant u-shaped body pillows to stop me rolling over and squashing my boobs lol 😛 x

£65 for the ECG, the doctors knew as the MYA nurse had sent them through the information 🙁 as long as everything is fine I don’t mind but will be a bit annoying if I have to postpone when I’ve booked time of work 🙁 xx

@Jenni I had a pulmonary embolism last year and the nurse said she wasn’t able to pick up a clear pulse at my pre op so I have to have an ECG done (I went to the gp for them to check and they said there wasn’t a problem so fingers crossed)
Have your GPs agreed to arrange your ECG mine wouldn’t as it’s for elective surgery so I have to pay 🙁 xx

I can’t cos of work 🙁 need to give loads of notice and I have dogs so easier to wait till weathers better and I can kick them into the garden :p I’m going to Preston with mr Mounir 🙂 xxx

I had my first consultation 3 weeks ago, saw the surgeon 2 weeks ago, but my surgery isn’t till 26th April. That’s just because it was more convinient for me to wait till the weather is (hopefully) better as I have dogs and my dog walker (not that he knows he is yet) brings them home filthy and I doubt I’ll be in a state to bath and dry them :p…[Read more]

I was told that if you lose a lot of weight after having them done the skin becomes wrinkled..I’m trying to lose about 1 1/2 stone before I have mine done on 26th April. I’d speak to the consultant and get their advice 🙂 xxx
