Hi Bree I was a very empty 34 c. At 40 having breastfed both children and then excercise they were not exactly perky. I’m thrilled with my results I’m 5 wpo today – I had 350 cc overs but on the day my surgeon opted for 325cc in one to correct some assymetary. I’ll try and upload now xx good luck with op x

@laura yeah I’ve got the black one too and I bought a high impact white one from M&S I actually find the mya ones comfier but now the strapping has gone I feel they sit on my incisions a bit so the others are lower x I can’t wait to sleep on my side either 😴 and for the over sensitivity to calm down lol

Hi Amy I was after you ! X I went down about 10.15 x 325/350 overs . I had my 1st week appointment last Saturday and had the plasters off. Hi all x I had overs on the 11th April and had my dressing and strapping off a week a go. They are still sore to the touch and my nipples are really sensitive still ! I don’t know what the average time is as I’m guessing everyone is different but I had overs on the 11th April and apart from being uncomfortable with sleeping upright I’ve had no real pain and felt like I could have gone back to work Monday – office based.
