I’ve just got back from my appointment and I’m so upset cuss I didn’t get to see Mr Frati, my appointment was at 7 they left me waiting for an hour and when I asked at 8 how long the wait was for I could tell she has forgotten about me and then said it would be at least another hour, we had to leave to get back to my kids. I’m so upset cuss I’d built my hopes up. Has anyone else had any problems with the customer service? Or did anyone have to wait a long time on the appointment day? I just can’t decide if to re book or not.
