The assistant had me try most of the shop on to help me choose style etc. Also they know the variations between makes which saves loads of time. Also measured at John Lewis and Debenhams (as couldn’t quite believe the size). Their service was no where near as thorough.

Had my procedure yesterday with an awful sore throat and a bit of a runny nose. The team were not worried, provided you don’t have a temperature. So if you are feeling reasonably bright with it (and just have annoying cold symptoms) I’m sure you will be fine. The nurse will give you a thorough once over.
