Ladies I have no idea how can you do all these horrible diets…….nothing works better than gym, weights and right food plan…….don’t destroy your bodies with this artificial substances. @princess5 on my week 3 done leg and bum workouts. Not as heavy as usual just more reps to feel it 😉 definitely NO cardio since u dont want them to bounce up and down and cross trainer a big NO since it involves your arms too much. I would die without doing anything for 6 weeks. Happy healing ladies x

I guess everyone is different…..on the day 3 I went out for a walk around on day 5 was out for dinner with my friend and 2 weeks after flew to Germany for Christmas and was back to normal. @eleanorerg Around week 4 they already seemed to be in place, they are still changing though and if you look at one of my pic it shows how much they change from week 1 to week 6 its unbelievable xx

Completely normal ladies….I used to walk around holding my boobs because while outside theu would hurt so much …..it goes away about week 2….nothing to worry about x

I missed wearing the normal bras very much so but from the other point of view never knew how hard it is to find a nice sexy bra in a bigger size than a D cup…. love my first buy 🙂
