    Hi, I’m a saggy 34e but the surgeons I’ve seen have sed an uplift would reduce my size by one cup size, and that i mite need an implant to replace the lost tissue and give uper fullness. Did you get told anything similar x

      Hi kathryn i was a 36dd/e n very saggy. I had enough breast tissue and an implant was not adv as would only make me saggy again in a years time. So i just had uplift. Xxx

      My surgeon did say i would loose half a cup size but tht would be it. X
