Thanks for all your replies, I have a lot of scars from ingrown hairs that I want to get rid of, and when I eventually get my boobs done I’m hoping to have found something I trust for scars x

Has anyone good any good advice for getting rid of scars? Anyone had any laser treatments for them or used any really good creams? I’ve tried bio oil but it just gives me spots which end up leaving more scars 🙁 xxx

you don’t usually lose a cup sixe but some surgeons will tell you to have a small reduction with it to get better results, if your having implants as well then mite even end up the exact same size. x

they don’t seem to be using pig skin in the uk. There’s loads of different type of man made mesh so I have to go back to surgeon when he has a plan and then I’ll find out how much it costs. Just wondering if anyone on here has Thermage on their boobs? its supposed to make your skin thicker and firmer by using heat to make your skin produce more collagen. I’m hoping Thermage could improve my skin so when I have an uplift the results turn out better xx

from what I’ve read theres loads of different types of mesh but its still a new thing, and once its been put it can never be taken out, I’ve read a couple of horror stories about it but you read them about every op so I’m really unsure. I’d love to speak to someone who has had it done xxx

has anyone had an uplift with a new or unconventional technique? Maybe inferior pedicle (the inside flap) or a mesh uplift (when mesh is inserted to act as a internal bra).

if you’ve got someone who trusts you then they can take out a loan with a bank, sainsburys etc in their name, they can then give you the money and you can repay them each month, it can be cheaper than finance xx

i don’t think you can do anything about it because there is no proof they didn’t discuss it. my surgeon made my nipples smaller without my consent, didn’t have a clue he was doing it, he didn’t even make them the same size! x

I didn’t eat that much for the first few days post op, I just slept most of the day for at least 3 days, if its been more than a 4 days and your not managing to eat anything then ring your nurse x
