Try really hard not to touch it at all, i found the blood inside the nose so hard to not pick at lol.

It gets better day by day, my nose has gone down so much – still a bit red inside though but i literally look a different person.

Does anyone know how long you’re supposed to wait before exercising again?

I’ll be three weeks post op on Friday and I am desperate to get back in the gym! Im not going to over do it perhaps just some light weights and bike i just feel gross after not being for weeks!! xxx

It went okay thanks! First few days was tough but not horrendous, I bruised really badly so I think that made me feel worse!

Aw thanks for saying that! One of the girls on reception said it looked like a ‘frati’ nose when I had the cast off so I’m guessing he does them similar! Lol. I’m really pleased though! Any questions just ask xx

It’s the one thing I forgot to ask the nurse! So it’s okay to get wet then? It feels like I still have the cast on at the moment and there’s almost pressure at the top. But so happy with what he’s done! Hope you loved all your results too xxx

A quick ques I forgot to ask – does anyone know if it’s ok to get my nose wet now like in the shower or bath??

Healing going ok thanks, not going to lie the first three days were quite tough, just be prepared to not have much energy and pretty much feel crap. It’s hard to explain, not so much painful just uncomfortable. I am post op day five now and honestly feeling a lot better, and bruising starting to fade now.

After seeing both of their work on Instagram I decided to go with Dr Frati.

The consultations are just to go through what you want, and the surgeon will explain the procedure to you and what shape you want etc.

Just wanted to write in here to let you know how it’s been so far.

The op itself went well, however yesterday afterwards was pretty rubbish.

I had a pounding headache and nose for a few hours, and felt really sick, I slept this off, and the psin isn’t as bad anymore however do have a stinging sensation on the end of my nose.
