I found it surprisingly alright because I was dreading the sleeping aspect as well lol. The one thing I found the most annoying was having a numb bum haha from sleeping upright and not doing much except from moving from bed to sofa so whenever you feel you can I would recommend just pottering about as they say lol.
You’ll be absolutely fine though! X

Hi Megan, personally my v shaped pillow was the best thing I bought for recovering after my surgery. It helps with sleeping and supports you whilst you have to sleep in that damn upright position and keeping on your back lol. If needed you won’t need to buy one.. I woke up after surgery in mine lol. That was the first I knew I’d have one. Like the other girls have said; each surgeon is different. But still nothing to worry about : ) x

Hi Sophie, I think the main rule is to go for comfort lol. I left the hospital in joggers, strappy vest and zip up hoodie. All super comfortable and easy to get on. Then basically lived in similar comfies the next couple of weeks.

After my surgery I had both the Macom signature bra and an M&S one after reading such good reviews on them however I much prefer the Macom. Much more comfortable for me personally so ordered a second. I still have the M&S one for when the others are in the wash as a back up but Macom all the way! X

Hi Bianca, I had exactly the same worries earlier on in the week but by this evening I already feel like they’ve started to even themselves out. It’s so hard having to be patient during this process haha. And you’re right, they just change all the time. I’m sure over time everything will balance out just fine : ) X

On my worse pain days I also thought the same, feeling sorry for myself and stupid for causing my own pain but now I’m the other side of the pain (currently 16DPO) I’m so glad that I did go with what I truly want and so excited to hit the 6 week mark now! : ) xx

Yeah that seems to be downside for us all in finding new bras. Where did you get your black one in your picture? I’m only 11DPO so a way to go yet. Had 350cc HP overs – Excited for when I can start to enjoy them haha! X

Hi Susannah, I went through Harley too but had a different surgeon; now 11DPO. I was honestly so nervous too but everyone really helps put you at ease.
I couldn’t help but laugh at your story, sorry! Lol. Did any of the parents respond to your overshare? Haha. Well soon you’ll have nice new boobs anyways. Maybe show them the “after” picture too hahahh! X
