Not allowed to shower until you’ve had your post op, sometimes its a week but could be two weeks. My post op is Thursday so would of been 11 days without a shower (had a shallow bath) x x

Go with what the surgeon recommends. I was a 34A size 10 5ft 8. The pain is bad for me I’m not going to lie but I’ve got a breast band on (a Velcro one at the top) that’s crushing me.
