I’ve just booked in my surgery with Gary.

Does anyone have any tips for when you get the Cannula fitted into your hand? I’m terrified of needles and watched the Mya YouTube video to prepare myself and pretty much fainted watching the video 😂

Any help to try and calm the nerves is appreciated xxx
