I’m ten days post op and I’ve got really bad bloating I literally look like I did at 5 months pregnant it’s sooo uncomfortable now and nothing seems to be taken it away yet! Xx

Thanks Rebecca, yeah I’ve got codeine and expected to be constipated but it’s been the other way for me! But tummy very bloated and tender. Great will go in a shallow bath tomorrow and ask someone to do my hair xx

Hi has anyone got any tips on the post op bloating?? And when did people first have a shallow bath even just for your bottom part? Or able to wash your hair?? This is the part I’m finding the worst! Xx

Don’t worry I think as long as your on no medication for at least six months before op it’s ok xx

Yeah that’s what I’m finding my lower back is in pain from sitting half up, did it hurt when you loosened your bra to do a picture? I’m hoping for half a decent night sleep! Are you home now? X

Wow this has put me at ease so much, currently in the hotel room waiting to leave soon as my admission time is 8am! I’m also a 30A and getting 300 cc! They look fab already now I’m super excited! Xx

I’m going to Mallorca four weeks exactly after mine in August and my pc said as long as it’s four weeks for short haul it’s fine. Just still wear your support bra as that’s for six weeks x

Has anyone went on holiday post op under the six weeks short haul before you’ve stopped wearing your post op sports bra?? What have you done when wearing bikinis?? Or just kept covered up in sports bra and vest top? Desperate for advice for this please! X

Hi I’m at the same stage. Had my consultation with Julie at Newcastle seen de Traynor once, now paid a deposit and awaiting my next appointment with them both next Tuesday then my surgery date is 24th July…exciting!

Hi I’ve just booked my surgery for the 24th July but I go on holiday 3 and a half weeks later just a 2 hour flight to Spain. I know your allowed to after two weeks if it’s short but has anyone else done this? What did you do around the pool with post op bra etc? Thanks x
