    Hi Francesca, yours look great hun, really natural. This is exectly the look I want my surgeon to achieve. Im abit worried that I want be able to have that size as I have quite small nipples. Do you know if this affects the size of the implant you can have?xx

      Thank u I’m really pleased with them. And the size of ur nipple shouldn’t be an issue with the size of implant they use. Iv always had little boobs with big nipples. And my friend she has natural big boobs but only small nipples.

        Thanks for replying hun. I just thought that maybe once the inplant is in that it would stretch the nipple if its small. I suppose I should be writing all these questions down ready for Saturday. Very excited but nervous also.xx
