Thank you everyone for all your replies! I thought 2 weeks would be right with my line of work, but even so I’ll just have to be so explain to my employer I can only do light duties, no carrying heavy trays of drinks!! X

@clairelh I didn’t know UHP was better for smaller girls, I thought it would be the opposite but that makes sense now! I think I’m only looking at 250 or 270 somewhere around there probably not much bigger than 300, but nice to know my options! You must be so happy with them @hollyx111 ! X

@leigh1988 aw that’s good that you work with such an understanding bunch of people! I haven’t discussed it with my work yet and I’m a little worried what they will say, given how busy we are, but hopefully they be understanding!

Hi girls, I’ve got my consultation booked for next week in Newcastle but just wondering how quickly everyone went back to work after surgery? I work as a waitress in a very busy bistro and just wondering how much time off is wise, I don’t want to push myself too much afterwards but also don’t want to take too much time off from work! Thanks for your help!
