Does anyone know If the surgeons will give notes to sign you off work? I work in a nursery & are holidays are restricted so would struggle getting the time I needed off! Xx

I’ve got my first consultation on the weekend in Cardiff, not quite sure what I should be expecting really hoping il be accepted for finance though!! Way too excited already! Xx
