I’m totally relying on my pain killers and my fiancé is being amazing as my nurse.
I was advised to keep my Macon strap on for 3 weeks, socks for 5 days, and post op bras for 6 weeks.
Gonna have a wash soon and change. I’m dreading it. Any tips il be glad of xx
