How did your consultation go? Did you decide to book your surgery?
I am in a similar position, with sizes and the lack of volume etc. Although I have implants in they’re 10 years old and iv had children since the original op.

I am in a similar position to you in terms of bra size , sagging & low Nipples
Although I do have implants in at the moment I’m going to have them removed and not replaced , looking at the uplift option but have a few concerns about scarring and other things.
