I would say from the pic, the left one looks like it has relaxed more. Do you have a side pic. With mine, there is a lot of underboob on the left side.

I cant offer any advice but I am in the exact same situation as you are. I had a fall about 5days post op and have put my left arm out and since then it looks like my left has dropped alot.

I went 325cc under muscle. If I run my finger near the incision on my left boob I can feel the implant ripple.
