I was also a 32a and wanted to be a full C, Dr Fratti recommended I go for 425cc or 450cc, I decided to play it safe and go for 425cc. Well today I got measured (8 weeks post-op) and I’m now a 32E! Which wasn’t that plan but they look amazing and proportionate to my height (5″7)
