The M&S post surgery and high impact are great also I have a couple of the zip up ones from decathlon which are fab too. I also have a shock absorber one. I would recommend all of them. I teach a lot of fitness classes so it’s been essential to have the right kind 🙂

Hi I’m so pleased you posted this too I have that shadow it was freaking me out and I . Convinced myself something was wrong. Had my 6 week check today and my nurse said it was my old crease but seeing it on someone else and seeing it get better really has put my mind to rest a little. They look amazing btw x

I was borderline I chose not to. One said I didn’t need to the other one said I could Years down the line if I felt I wanted it. I had mr giannas I’m happy with the natural results it’s given me. Although only 3 1/2 weeks po. But everyone is different and the surgeon will know what’s best for you x

I had a breast band my surgeon told me to wear mine for 2 weeks. My nurse said if I fancy taking it off for a rest! For 30 mins or so it would be ok. But all surgeons and nurses say different things x

I’m 2 weeks po with dr giannas too. He’s brilliant also no bruising and I’m so happy with them. They get better every day. I can’t wait for the final result ! X

I stayed at the premier inn Euston and parked round the corner off street for free. I walked to the Fitzroy in the morning which was just under 10 mins then we got an Uber back to the hotel and drove back home the following day x

This is the biggest size 375cc. I like the size but I’m scared to go to big and I’d be so annoyed if they were too small x

Hi Emma my surgeon said that I have grade 2 too. That I could have an uplift but I’d be fine with out. But they won’t be high up. I said I was fine with that. I’m having 350cc or 375cc to fill the sag currently a 34 a/b x
