Your gonna get rippling it’s just if you have enough natural breast tissue to cover this … I had it pretty bad they don’t do revisions for this I was aware I never tried only when they really went tits up did I get them done again I switched to unders this time I can slightly feel the ripples but can’t see them so it’s much better x

I think 1000cc would be a good size I have 775 unders and I reckon 1000 would of realistically been the size I would of wanted the sound of 1000 scares me but 775 ain’t that big so I reckon they will be perfect it’s the next jump up from my size so I’m sure il end up there at some point x

I have had uhp they are narrow more projection
Moderate wider
I have had moderate and as there bigger in cc they have slightly more projection but a lot wider they look so much better than before … x

Iv had overs and now unders my preference is defently unders they seem more attached and in place and after rippling on the front of the implant I could do with more coverage and so far no rippling … and he’s done a better job of getting them closer … but I think it’s just whatever they recommend really

I was 32b and went to an 32f but looked a 32e as fake boobs appear smaller this was with 500cc implants so I would recommend that size … iv just upped to 775 and there still
Not massive just say you want 500’s or what ever size it is you want as they seem to hand out mainly 300-350 you have great boobs to begin with so your end up with a amazing result

I think your get away with the donut and bigger implants just fine … for the extra cost I could’ve inagine not doing the donut lift honest my after with 775cc would be atrocious if I didn’t get the donut lift… now there perfect … I dunno what I’m saying just as your there seems a shame to not x

I would say you do … have you considered a areola donut lift iv had this instead of the full scar lift and I don’t see why the full monty exists and it’s much cheaper and just a scar around the nipple which blends to nothing mine was only 1k more so so worth it x

I had displacement with my first set of implants and it didn’t look like this it’s more of the implant falling out of its pocket and into your armpit basically this is just healing they go through so many changes of love and hate there not really done until about 6months

Mine got smaller and recently 4weeks post op I would say they have gotten a little bigger I find everything I’m out of my bra in the bath they seem
To get bigger and fuller as there not restricted mine are out at least 30 mins a night z

I would say your get away with no lift … you tell them you want 500cc etc and then they will see if it’s poss or your be offered the smaller sizes like 300 as they just seem so over cautious.. I got offered 250-300

Don’t worry Lucy they won’t look fake and stuck on for long I didn’t realise it would bother me to look fake but it did ,., didn’t last long ,.. and they still fluff as your skin gets used to the implants it’s not as tight ,,, x

I had high profile overs gave me the biggest gap which was said after it’s because that’s how my body is ,,. Just had another op 5 years later and he went with moderate so wider unders and the 4 finger gap has gone ,.,

Fake boobs appear smaller so to look a dd e your need to be an f .. I was a 32b ended up measuring a 32f with 500cc I wanted to look an f and I didn’t I looked a dd e so I would recommend that size for you .. I had to beg for that size like it was mega large and it’s not iv got 775cc now and there still

Thanks Gemma I really am sounds silly but they needed fixing so I pushed for the biggest I could do but I still didn’t think I would like them and I really do … silly it takes such a large implant to fit my frame I’m only a size 10 but I’m super happy so far I just hope they don’t shrink as they continue to settle xx

Even thow iv got bigger boobs I still love padded bras for that extra oomph… my go to bra Goddard ego boost isn’t made any more has any one got a fave bra they can recommend needs to go up to f g sizes and a decent amount of padding which doesn’t really exist in many bras of the larger size ???

I bought a Macom and a twin George Asda post op bra set… and the macom seems much more tighter and secure it’s making me worry the others are not really up to the job so there just being used ever now and then when washing the macom
