I have got lumps on one side but you can only feel them you can’t see them and it’s just the implant rippling I’ve asked the nurse and she felt it 🙂 it won’t go away but you can’t see it anyway it doesn’t really bother me xxx

I had 500cc overs with mr traynor and I was 32a before and I’m 5ft2 and weigh 8 and a half stone size 8, and mine don’t look fake I love them 🙂 but because of weight loss my skin was stretched which is maybe why they don’t look fake!xxx

I think there is a small charge for 3 weeks and closer it gets the more the charge is. If you were to bring it forward there wouldn’t be a cost xxx

I had mr traynor and I had unders and had to swap to overs because I had something that looked like double bubble my skin wasn’t filled out enough. If you’re bigger than a B naturally they usually offer unders or overs but I was naturally an A and had to have overs!xxx

My last op I got measured and wore a normal underwire bra at 6 weeks 🙂 I also bought a push up bra that I wore when I went out but didn’t wear it very often. I’m only 4 days post op this time and so fed up of my Macom bra already 🙁 the time flew last time so hoping the same this time!!xx

What do you do? I know people who have had unders and gone back to work after 7 days and been fine but that’s like office work and stuff you don’t need to heavy lift 🙂 xxx

I’ve had unders and overs and I prefer overs because they’re loads softer and they move around and get more cleavage 🙂 I found mine were really hard when they were under and I couldn’t do much with them if you get me haha. It could either be antibiotics or pain killers. I’m allergic to penicillin and luckily I know which ones I’m allowed that don’t make me feel sick so I asked for them! They would be able to give you different ones if you ring and ask to speak to a nurse? Xxx

Yes it is, without the aftercare I would have Been left with a massive problem. They are happy to see me about anything and they don’t charge you any extra. Also the implants they use are lifetime guarantee so if anything happened they would be replaced for free 🙂 xxx

Yes I had 400cc unders and now I’ve got 500cc overs 🙂 I was measuring 30E or 32DD different bras so I’m guessing il be around 1 size bigger now xxx

I was the same at first I had to buy a few bras to find ones that were comfortable, you haven’t healed fully yet it will get easier 🙂 maybe buy a bra without an underwire for a while? I’ve just had my second op so back in Macom bra! 🙁 xx

Well most people say unders look more natural but I think overs feel more natural if you get me, mine unders were hard and didn’t move much and overs are softer. So they both look natural in different ways! Xxx

Mine are 500cc overs I was 32A to begin with though, I’m bruised and swollen at the mo and obviously still got my plasters on and surgery was only 2 days ago so they’ve got a lot of changing to do 🙂 xxx

Mine are now overs and feel loads better! That’s only because I had loose skin from weight loss though I did want unders but just wasn’t right for me. I would go for 500 because it’s not even half a size bigger and I know 100% you’ll wish you had got 500cc if you get 450! Yes but I haven’t had it for a long time. I used it prevent stretch marks a while ago and it worked! but now I have stretch marks I’ve ordered it again and just read the reviews online! Compared to any other stretch mark cream it’s very highly rated 🙂 just expensive!!xx

It’s so all the fluid drains quicker and to encourage your implants to drop 🙂 they can settle anywhere if you lie down flat Gravity has to do its job for now! My first op I had 400cc unders and changed to 500cc overs 2 days ago and I’m so happy now! They look loads better (I had excess skin from weight loss and look a lot perkier now) I’m only 5ft2 and weigh 8stone5lbs and mine don’t look over big on me 🙂 I was measuring a 30DD with 400 unders so I’m guessing il be one and a half sizes bigger now. This is amazing (hope pic is attached) I’ve just ordered some more Kim kardashian uses it apparently and it’s amazing! It’s a bit more expensive than bio oil because that’s what I’m using whilst I’m waiting for this but it’s a lot better 🙂 xxx

Some surgeons just prefer to let them settle naturally over time like my surgeon does 🙂 I have mr traynor he’s done mine twice and never used strapping or bands on anyone as far as I’m aware. He said they will drop in to place by them selves. But some surgeons obviously like to hurry things up?! Xxx

I have a brand new Macom ibra still in the pack in black 34 back size and think I’m only going to need one with the other bras I have 🙂 I’m usually 30-32 and 34 fits me perfect but everyone is different! And if you order off the site if they don’t fit least you can send them back!xxx

I know this post was a long time ago but I had asda bras last time and they were awful! Which ones did you get? Cos this time I’ve got the Macom ibra which is the more expensive one the highest support one and it’s brilliant! So so much not comfortable than any m&s asda or Matalan ones I had last time xxx

I think they look nice 🙂 but read my latest post called saying help girls is this normal (something along those lines) because I had revision surgery yesterday and I’m so so happy now! Everyone I know who’s had it done had this it’s normal because you’re swollen and skin is tight and swelling should go down an awful lot in the next 2-3 days. I’ve had 2 BAs now I had my revision surgery yesterday and haven’t experienced it myself! I’m not too sure why. Hope you’re well otherwise! Xx

But Deffo get a back size bigger than you are now otherwise it will irritate you especially when you’re swollen I’m 30-32 normally and I got 34 and they’re just loose enough around the band to be comfy and so supportive on my boobs
