I’ve got the Argos backrest! Best £22 spent.. you can set it at different heights like a sun lounger.. I’m allowed to sleep flat on my back since Monday but as I’m scared of rolling on my side whilst I’m asleep I’m still using it.. the backache for me eased after a week! Keep on top of our painkillers & hot water bottle did me wonders!

My nurse told me to wear my Macom / sports bra over it if it started coming loose.. I put it on after 4 days xx

I made sure I timed mine so I took cocodamol around half an hour before bed.. I woke up the first couple of nights & took 1 then as well.. Then when I woke up I hadnt gone so long without.. it does get better! Get some ice on your swelling xx

I had Frati & my consultations were at Birmingham! I also had my surgery done in Preston.. he is brilliant!
I would definitely listen to the surgeon as they are the experts!

I’d maybe use more of a sensitive moisturiser? Make sure it’s natural & not perfumed or anything to aggravate the skin! 🙂 Maybe try an antihistamine? Hope it clears for you both! xx

I was at Preston last week & live nearly 2 hours away.. I went home after nearly 4 hours from coming round.. the drive back was fine & I stopped for a maccies on the way back lol! Everyone is different though & I recovered really quickly from the anaesthetic luckily xx

I would definitely try & relax! Sometimes reading up can just make you worry more.. take your painkillers as advised & have a chat with the nurse tomorrow.. You only had it done yesterday so it’s very very fresh still! Xx

@emmajayne93 I literally had no boobs whatsoever was totally flat yet still had one slightly bigger than the other lol.. 25cc is very very minimal.. he asked if I agreed they were different sizes & then recommended the 2 sizes.. my friend has just had 450 & 500 in hers for assymetry.. I had Frati & he was brill!

Every person is different post surgery.. if you’re worried about any pain you should give the clinic a call! In comparison I’m POD4 too & I’ve felt hardly any pain at all just backache more so from the strapping & sleeping upright.. keep on top of your painkillers but definitely give them a ring if you’re unsure.. that’s what they’re there for! 🙂

I had 325 & 300 as one of my pancakes was slightly smaller than the other.. only POD4 though so wayyy off being able to tell any results yet! Did you notice a difference in size before you had the op? Xx

I had one 300 & one 325 for slight assymetry.. although I’m in strapping I feel like I can tell the tiniest bit of difference & would say go with 325! How exciting! It will soon come round!

Well I’ve just about got home from having mine done today! I am the same height & original bra size as you but a bit heavier & had 300/325cc HP partials.. so far all strapped up but I asked for a very natural look no bigger than around 34d & keeping in proportion.. so gives you an idea in comparison.. depends what result you’re looking for! 🙂

So after booking my date way back at the start of October it is finally here.. admission time came through for 8.00am tomorrow which I’m happy about & cannot wait for it to finalllyyy be done! I felt exactly the same as you! I’m having 325 & asked about going to 350 but figured I would be happier with a little bit smaller than end up with bigger than I wanted.. we have to trust the surgeons! If you’re unsure though go back to see sizes! 🙂

I’m still pre op but have got my Macom.. the bottom of mine is like that too.. at my pre op the nurse told me you don’t even need one.. standard sports bras are fine.. as long as you’ve got full support on your chest that bottom bit being a little loose should be fine!
