Went out for a little drive this morning and was no problem what so ever! The only discomfort I’ve got is due to the strapping which is just annoying.

I have found the iburofen and paracetamol have worked just fine. I take the iburofen on time and the paracetamol I vary between 4-7 hours. I never take the two within two hours of each other just to ensure I am covered pain wise. But it’s been more uncomfortable bruised then pain pain.

I’ve got a couple I ordered from debenhams, a zip front one and then a sports bra. I also picked up two more sports bras from sports direct. I’m currently 32B and will be aiming for 32D so I’ve bought two in that size and two in 34D for the initial swellings
