I gained 16 lb and was horrified, just cut down on salts, drink lots of lemon water & peppermint tea and you’ll be back to normal in a matter of a week or so

@gemma thank you hun xx its alot of hard work i agree. The reason the front of the bra isn’t sitting fully is because one boob hasn’t even settled yet, its still high up. So ya I should wait and see when it settles if I’ll need to go up a size

@kate they will keep changing i promise, dont forget these are push up bras so they are much smaller with no bra, my dominant hand boob is still sitting high up and hasn’t even dropped yet, its also hard, so I personally still have alot of changes to wait for. Don’t judge before 6 months xx

@amy Thank you hun 🙂 I am a 34D now, started off with 34B before surgery and had 275 high profile unders. My surgeon advised not to go bra shopping before 3 months because they will keep changing with drop & fluff. Most girls on here have been spilling out of their new bras as time passed so I didn’t want to fall in that trap

I went bra shopping 13 weeks post op. It was so amazing how every bra looks good on me now. I had a hard time finding non-push up bras as i feel they make my boobs reach my throat with the implants but I didn’t find except them. Here are some photos 🙂

Why dont you consider moderate or low profile so that the implant wont look big? If they spread across your bwd without much projection then they may look ok even if they are 700cc, they would cover your bwd width but wont project so much to give the giant look. Double check with your surgeon and let us know what he thinks

My bwd is 13 and i had 275 hp which measure 10.9 and i have the tennis ball effect. Please dont have an implant that measures anything less than 1 cm than Your bwd. My difference was 2.1 cm and its huge

I know textured are a little bit firmer than smooth. However you can’t really notice that difference especially if you’re going under the muscle because either way the implant is covered by your own breast tissue and muscle

I haven’t changed my wardrobe but i agree with Gemma, some coats and un- stretchable tops are a bit tight because of the projection. The only things i changed were the bekinis and bras, other than that all good

They are definitely not a true reflection especially if you’re going under the muscle, i tried on 300 and it looked humongous on me and i told my surgeon no no no go for less so he ended up putting 275 which looks like lemons now compared to what I’ve tried in the office. Its the width of your breast hun. I think the surgeon knows better where it starts and where it ends, I personally think my bwd is like 6 cm but i am 13 cm hahaha

I wasn’t allowed to shower for the first 10 days then i was to shower only once with the waterproof dressing on and then remove it after shower and dry the wound properly and apply antibiotic ointment. Then 4 days later had my stitches removed and was told i can shower normally within 48 hours.

I hated how they looked like before, never thought of taking any before photos, i just got obsessed after surgery. My surgeon took a few before pics, I’ll try to get them. I went for round textured as i wanted alot of fullness in the upper pole of my boobs, textured because less risks of cc

Also you might not be able able to shower for 2 weeks or until you get your stitches removed, if that was in summer it will make it 10 times worse. Add to that being strapped up or in a bra 24/7 makes your body hot, imagine wearing all these things in the heat of summer

I had delayed healing in some stitches but not all. I got them removed anyways because they can’t stay in my body for more than 2 weeks and i covered them until they close on their own. I am an ex smoker maybe thats the reason. But I quit 4 weeks pre op

I had to go cold turkey 4 weeks before and 3 weeks after. It was soooo hard for the first week then it got better day by day. After surgery I didn’t crave it all although i was a heavy smoker like 1.5 packs a day. The best result is when the implant base is exactly the same measurement as your bwd or a few millimeters less i’d say max 0.5 cm less than your bwd.
