Some things my surgeon advised were:
Don’t get the dressings wet, and don’t mess with them until your dressing change appointment
Your support bra should be worn at all times for the first 6 weeks. Take it off only to wash but don’t shower for the first 48 hours.

I was a 34B and had the 350 HP over, I had exactly the same worry, I didn’t want to be bigger than a D. I’ve had mine and I’m really happy. They definitely don’t look an e but haven’t been officially measured.
