I felt the same and was a little concerned too but as the skin as stretched out they eventually went back to normal size. I’m 3 months PO now I think it was around 6-8 weeks they started to reduce.

Mine felt quite hard to start with but have definitely softened up now. I’m very skinny on my top half and see rippling at times on the sides when I lean forward. No complaints at all, I’m healing well and have had no issues. I’ve had 375cc unders gone from a 34B to 34DD currently. They felt huge at first but now the swelling has gone I kind of wish I’d have gone slightly bigger at 400cc which was the largest size that he recommended.
