#1 Soother Tip – Never Ever Look For Your Toddler’s Soother Ever Again.

Drama hit the ceiling! My partner and I were about the leave for a anniversary when the youngest was screaming again.

I’m a young dad. Maybe I am like you. Maybe you’re a young mom. What ever could have possibly prepared us for being a dad?

As it turns out our baby boy had dropped his nuk on the way out.

Obviously, it had happened before so the solution became more of a habit. Trace back where we had gone before, pick up the nuk, walk to the kitchen, clean the nuk, walk back to baby and hope he will not drop it again. Which of course he did. Finally, we make it to our destination and the smart ass of the house tells us about a super good solution for our already accepted habitual drama.

    A nuk clip!

Now the question is “Where do we find these”? Grandma gently offered to create one for our drama toddler. My sweet wife frowns, obviously feels uncomfortable as I can see she does not really trust granny’s soothy clip creation skills. Than my niece jumps in.

“Have you got Prime?” she blurs out.

    Yes, we have Prime.

“I order everything off of Amazon, but for my groceries” replies my wife.
“Maybe I’llI will trust them enough some day for groceries as well.”

Beth crawls in front of the computer and searches Amazon. “Pacifier Clip” is the keyword and immediately thousands of clips pop up.

We now have our holder attached to both the soother and our baby’s clothing and my wife’s back is saved.

We got a soother holder made by a wonderful organization called Kylo Kita and the clip is part of the “Ladybird Series” for both boys or girls. Six cute products in the same style! Mommy guidelines were on the packaging. A lot less crying is done at home now…

It’s amazing how simple hacks are so close often and I often don’t even see it…
