I felt the same about lack of communication. I had to chase them up too. Two days had past after my consultation with dr Fratti regarding rhino. I’m trying to get passed that and think there just not trying to be pushy. It’s difficult cos I expected them to me call straight away. Not sure if it’s a good or bad thing. I have read good reviews of all the surgeons. Still I think I just expected them to call me straight after. Xx
I rang them straight away after my consult with Frati and they said they’d get back to me in the next couple of days with details of what he had put in my notes and my amended finance agreement etc…they didn’t I had to call them about 3 times haha. I’ll be glad when its all done and over with its a lot more stress than I anticipated. Have you decided to go with Frati? xx
