im nearly a year post op and still find it a bit uncomfy, not painful at all just cant get in a good position, had to buy two really small pillows, have one below and one above haha! x

they have some really nice bikinis is Debenhams at the moment! And Matalan believe it or not!! Good support and cleavage! I’m with Amy on Ann summers though! Most of my bras are from there now and they are so nice! X

I lived an hour and a half away from the hospital, they advise if you liver more than half an hour away that you either stay there over night or stay in a hotel near to it x
